Additionally, I will arrange for and cover the cost of a professional measurement company to come and make accurate measurements of the home as per the Residential Measurement Standard (RMS), adding to the correct information that I will be loading on to the MLS to sell your home.

As soon as you list your home with me, I will enter your home in the Multiple Listings Service® (MLS®) database, and from that moment on, other agents can immediately access your property information by computer. I am a strong believer in non-traditional social media marketing. In today's world, social media provides a way to further connect with our local clients and groups. I will post the listing of your home on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Social media can build trust and spread our marketing for you through friends of friends.

PRICING YOUR HOME

When you think about it, there are several other homes for sale competing with your home. I will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers. The way we do this is by completing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes that are like yours in terms of size, location, and style.
